Build 887230762v1.15.02026-06-20 21:24:51
Bug fixes and reliability improvements. ## Weekly insights The weekly card stays visible on your home screen and shows accurate data. ## Entry logging Interactions when adding and reviewing meals are smoother and more predictable. ## Pattern analysis Weekly patterns and the emotion arc now calculate correctly. ## Stability Fixes for photos, notifications on Android 14, and in-app navigation.
Build 886747542v1.14.02026-06-10 14:11:35
Logging a meal is simpler now, and getting started with I feel food for the first time feels more like a conversation than a checklist. --- ## Before and after, in the same place Opening two screens every time you ate — one to log before, one to return to after — added friction that was easy to overlook until it wasn't. Now before and after eating live on the same screen. Your meal type sits as a chip at the top right; tap it to switch. One place, the whole picture. --- ## Getting started as a conversation, not a form For anyone setting up I feel food for the first time, the app now opens with a series of short questions about how you relate to food. If you're not sure how hungry you feel before eating — that's a real answer, not a gap to fill in — and the questions that don't apply to your situation are quietly set aside. --- ## Small things that weren't quite right Streak milestone messages now appear when you're actually on the home screen to see them — before, they sometimes surfaced behind another screen. And the three-month date range now counts back correctly, regardless of which day of the month it is.
Build 885743050v1.13.02026-05-17 03:52:56
Your entries now carry more depth — the emotion section is richer, and the patterns you track are starting to tell you something back. --- ## Your feelings, less crowded Logging how you felt used to mean scrolling past a row of emotion chips whether you wanted to or not. The section now collapses by default — it's there when you need it, out of the way when you don't. Open it and you'll find more than before: each emotion circle carries a visual arc showing your hunger and fullness level at the time you logged it. Tap any circle and a popup labels your scores clearly, so there's no guessing what a partial arc meant. --- ## When mood and hunger move together If you've noticed that certain feelings tend to surface when you're overly hungry or uncomfortably full, the Behavior Trends screen now has a section that shows it plainly. It maps which emotions appeared most often across different hunger levels — patterns you may have felt but hadn't yet been able to see. --- ## A read on how much you enjoyed it The 7-day chart now includes a line for meal enjoyment — whether your food was satisfying, just okay, or something you'd rather forget. Days with no rating show as a quiet midpoint, so the line reflects only what you actually logged. Over a week, you can start to see whether the meals you loved also aligned with how your hunger was doing.
Build 885350382v1.12.02026-05-07 16:50:01
This update shows you more about your own patterns, makes the app's first impression more considered, and fixes the small things that should just work. ## A read on your week Once you've been logging for a while, it's hard to step back and see what the data actually says. The Behavior Trends screen now surfaces up to four observations at the top — drawn from your own entries each week, not from a template. Whether your meals have been balanced, how hunger and mood related to each other, or whether your dinner timing shifted. They refresh weekly, so there's something new each time you check. ## A clearer start If you open the app for the first time and haven't logged anything yet, the eating behavior section now explains what it's for rather than showing you nothing. The opening of the app has also been refined — the transition from splash to onboarding carries the tagline through smoothly, so the first few seconds feel intentional. ## Stories that feel like yours When you share to Instagram Stories, the design now matches the app's identity: a peach-tinted background, a rounded logo, and the handle for your language — so what you share looks like a choice, not an export. The option to invite others is now permanently visible on your profile. ## Reminders that follow through Tapping "Set up reminders" used to do nothing in some cases — that's now fixed. Reminders activate the moment you ask for them. And on iOS, tapping a notification from a cold start takes you to the right screen every time.
Build 884821029v1.11.02026-04-23 20:32:43
This update gives you a reason to keep showing up, a clearer read on how your week went, and a faster path from reminder to entry. Something to keep you going There's a particular feeling when you've logged five days in a row and you don't want to break it. That feeling now has a home — a streak counter on your home screen makes your consistency visible, and when you hit a new milestone, the app takes a moment to mark it. If you're just starting, a short intro sets the scene so the motivation makes sense from day one. A sense of how your week went At the end of the week, you shouldn't have to scroll back through every entry to understand how things went. The weekly insight card does that reading for you — it shows up when it has something worth saying, compares this week to your own patterns, and gives you a quick read on whether this was a typical week or an unusual one. When you've taken it in, swipe it away. Your photos, worth a second look Food photos are one of the best ways to remember what you actually ate. Now they're worth tapping — they open into a full view you can zoom in for detail, and close with a swipe when you're done. It makes revisiting an entry feel less like reading a log and more like flipping through a visual record. Log it before you forget When a meal reminder arrives, you want to log the meal — not hunt for the right screen. Tap the notification and you're already there, ready to start. If you're in the app when it arrives, it stays out of your way.
Build 884119054v1.10.02026-04-04 17:27:08
This update brings the most-used parts of the app closer to the surface — a redesigned navigation, a dedicated place for your account, and reminders that work well right out of the box. A new way to move around The navigation bar has been redesigned. It now sits in a curved peel shape along the bottom of the screen, with the add button on the right — closer to your thumb. Icons shift from outlined to filled when you're in a section, so it's always clear where you are without having to think about it. The Behavior Trends section now lives here too, but only once you have seven days of entries — so it appears when it actually has something to show you. Your account, one tap away A new Profile section gives you a single place to find your account details and settings. Everything that belongs to your account lives there now, out of the way until you need it, and easy to reach when you do. Reminders that learn, by default Smart reminders — which pay attention to when you actually eat and suggest times that match your patterns — are now on for everyone, no setup required. They also update each time you add or edit an entry, so the times they suggest stay grounded in what's actually happening in your day. Behind the scenes A bug that could create duplicate food entries when tapping save twice in quick succession has been fixed. On iOS, a save that could freeze indefinitely now times out and recovers cleanly — so the app no longer gets stuck waiting after a slow connection.
Build 883796717v1.9.02026-03-26 22:56:07
This update lets the app adapt to you more naturally — whether that's matching your phone's appearance or helping you see patterns in how you feel. The app follows your phone You can now let your device decide the theme. Switch on "Follow system" in Settings and the app will move between light and dark automatically as you change your phone's appearance — no extra steps on your end. If you prefer to set it yourself, all three themes (Peach, Milk, and Cocoa) are still right there waiting. Your emotions, now in the picture The visual analytics view has a new page dedicated to emotions — rendered as a cluster of bubbles that give you a sense of what you've been feeling alongside what you've been eating. It's an early look at a pattern you might not have noticed before. Behind the scenes The color indicators on the calendar for hunger and fullness levels now read correctly across all themes. The time picker in Cocoa mode no longer shows invisible button text.
Build 883606395v1.8.02026-03-21 19:05:55
This update is about that feeling that the app is truly yours. In how it looks, how it behaves, and how it stays out of the way when you just want to write something down. Your palette, your mood We’ve added three themes you can switch between anytime: Peach - warm and familiar, just like before. Milk - light and calm, with soft mint accents. Cocoa - dark and cozy, especially easy on the eyes in the evening. Pick the one that feels right for you - the app will adapt بالكامل and remember your choice. Navigation that stays out of the way We’ve quietly refreshed the navigation and Settings screen. The bottom bar now sits in a soft floating "pill" - it feels lighter and less distracting. Settings are now organized into clear, structured cards, so it’s easier to find what you need. Fewer extra steps We fixed a small but frustrating detail. Now when you tap into the food section, the keyboard shows up right away. And it stays open after you add an item - so you can keep logging multiple entries without extra taps.
Build 876458357v1.7.02026-03-12 23:52:55
This update is about feeling safe, staying present, and having a little more ease in your day. Your space, your privacy Your journal holds some of your most honest moments. App Lock lets you protect it with Face ID, Touch ID, or a PIN — so it’s always there for you, and only you. A gentle nudge, on your terms Sometimes a reminder arrives at the wrong moment. Now you can snooze it right from the notification and come back when you’re ready. No pressure. Words that belong to a feeling You’ve always been able to log how you feel. Now you can also write a few words about that feeling — what’s underneath it, what triggered it, what it reminds you of. Because a feeling named is a feeling understood. See the full picture Your Visual Report now includes your emotions alongside your meals — because how you feel and how you eat are never really separate. Behind the scenes Smoother, faster, and more stable — so the app gets out of your way and lets you focus on what matters.
Build 876292044v1.6.02025-07-12 16:40:07
New in "I feel food": share your journal with ease We’ve added the ability to share your journal: select the dates you want to share — and get a convenient link for your therapist, nutritionist, or a trusted friend. You’ll find this feature in the "Your eating behavior" section on the main screen.
