Description
The POWA Boxing app is a powerful, real-time workout app that allows boxers to track and measure their punches with the POWA Punch Sensors.

Punches are scored on the POWA five-star point system.
By measuring acceleration and speed on the Punch Sensors, the POWA app gives you a score of 1-5 stars for each punch. A 5-star punch is a sharp, powerful punch with knockout power.
Keep pushing yourself and try to get the highest score you can in your workouts!
The workout screen gives you live feedback of your current session. It shows:
- the total time elapsed in your workout
- the total punches you have thrown in the workout
- the average star points you are getting per punch
- the star points you have earned for your last ten punches
The POWA Boxing app keeps a log of all your previous workouts. Track your growth and try to beat your old scores! The app will remind you of your last workout and your all time high score; beat your old self and keep improving!
You can set boxing goals for yourself with the POWA app, set your bar for how many punches you want to throw in the upcoming week (resets every Sunday). Keep an eye out on the growing flame in your profile page as your weekly streaks continues to grow!
The POWA Boxing app requires the use of Bluetooth on your device to pair to the punch sensors. When pairing your sensors for the first time, ensure you have paired to the right sensors by checking the sensor IDs in the app and the IDs on the back of your sensors. You can also make sure your sensors are charged by checking their battery level on the sensors page.

1. Challenge Mode
Challenge Mode lets you take a video recording of a 15second - 1minute sprint on the bag to get the highest score. Use it to challenge your friends in a virtual sparring match and see who can get the highest work output in an intense burst of punches.
2, KO Punches
All workouts going forward will track the number of KO Punches (punches with a rating of 4-5 stars). Open the pause screen during a workout to see how you're doing. Also look back on your previous workouts in the workout log to see this new metric.
