IndyGo - Open Door - Flexibility to manage paratransit trips - View upcoming and completed trips - Easily cancel trips (At least 90 minutes prior to scheduled pick up window) - Ability to make reservations during Open Door’s normal reservation hours. (1 to 3 days in advance) - If requested time is not available, you will be directed to customer service. - If address is not in your data base, you will be directed to customer service. - Convenient Trip Details View - Passenger notifications with accurate vehicle ETAs - Simple Mobile Interface - 24/7 access to account profiles, settings, and scheduled trip information.

Bug fixes and improvements: ⁃ Updated the Terms of Service functionality to disable the “I agree” button until users have fully scrolled through the ToS. ⁃ Resolved issue that caused app to crash when adding or deleting a credit card, or when paying with a credit card during trip booking. ⁃ Improved usability of the device list display so that all mobility aid device options are displayed on one screen. ⁃ Resolved issue where dismissing the location permission alert sent eh user back to the Booking screen. ⁃ Resolved issue where an error message was periodically presented upon a user opening the app, causing the user to be unable to access their profile. ⁃ Updated app so that is available in portrait mode only.
