• Stream or download Chin Na video lessons by Dr. Yang.
• Chin Na means “Seize Control” and is the origin of grappling arts.
Chin Na grappling is a way to temporarily control an opponent so you may end a fight, defend yourself, or win in a sparring situation. Courses 1 – 4 include 34 finger, hand, and joint-locking techniques taught with attention to detail by Dr. Yang, Jwing-Ming.
Courses 5 – 8 include detailed lessons for controlling and incapacitating your opponent with 30 finger, hand, and joint-locking techniques.
Courses 9 – 12 go even deeper with 43 finger, hand, and joint-locking Chin Na techniques, including Leg Wrestling and Chin Na for defense and counter-attacking against a Chin Na hold.
Each course also available on DVD (reg $59.95).
