Töltse le az ingyenes Pannon-Víz ügyfélszolgálati alkalmazást, és intézze ügyeit kényelmesen okoskészülékéről!
Az alkalmazás használatához szüksége lesz a www.pannon-viz.hu oldalon elérhető online ügyfélszolgálati regisztrációra. A regisztrációt elvégezheti az alkalmazáson belül is.
Alkalmazásunk az alábbi funkciókat kínálja:
- mérőállás beküldése és rögzített mérőállások megtekintése
- tájékoztatás kérése
- átlagfogyasztás módosítása
- részletfizetési, haladék kérelem benyújtása
- fizetési mód változás bejelentése
- reklamáció benyújtása
- ügyfélszolgálati időpont kérése
- ügyfélszolgálati irodák listázása
- hírek olvasása
Az alkalmazás segítségével több fogyasztási hely adatait is könnyen kezelheti. Lehetőség van sablonok létrehozására, amelyek megkönnyítik az adatok beküldését, lekérdezését.
