This new version of the app adds the ability to receive push notifications from the Service NSW Business Bureau. You can enable push notifications the first time you install the app or from the “Settings” menu within your profile.

This version of the Service NSW Business Bureau app adds support for managing your business grants. • Once approved for a grant e.g. the grant for small businesses impacted by severe weather, the grant will be accessible in the Program Management section of the app. • Features will include viewing financial information e.g. payments and updating bank details.

This new version includes minor user experience improvements and bug fixes.

In this new version of the app you are now able to set-up multi-factor authentication, which is located in the security settings. Multi-factor authentication is a security authentication process that requires more than just your password each time you log in. It reduces the risk of unauthorised account access.
