The new version of HEDNO’s app aspires to facilitate the customer service and simplify user experience, providing direct access to essential services everywhere and anytime. Specifically, the following capabilities are included: • Create a user account and save supply numbers using friendly names. • Power outage declaration or recall, Overview of existing faults, report of hazardous situations. • Submit a contact request. • Submit a request for a new electricity connection or modifications of the existing ones (increase/decrease the power capacity, unification of suppliers, rearrangement of supply, meter split request, Underground cable installation, meter Removal Request, Extension / Permanent conversion of construction site power supply, Installation of Power Generator Temporary power supply cut off (e.g., for emergency works), Meter Reinstallation request). • Submit a request to check the functionality of a metering device. • Provision/Deactivation of bizonal reduced pricing. • Change to bizonal reduced pricing. • Recall an existing request. • Submit Licensed Electrician Certification for inspections of internal electrical installations, including the flood affected. • Submit meter readings. • View consumption statistics and history of meter readings (for up to 5 years in the past) and curve diagrams for metered supplies. • Receive automated notifications for scheduled power outages, the upcoming date for taking meter readings and the status change of a submitted request. • Comparison of annual consumption between the current and previous year (provided for up to 2 years back). • Delete automated notifications. • Access to the history of requests. • View all of the user's interest notifications in an inbox and review each notification distinctly. • Submit an application for connecting electric vehicle recharging infrastructures (for Low and Medium Voltage) • Interact with the HEDNO’s chatbot for immediate customer service and information. • Search beneficiary of Environmental Residential Tariff based on supply number. • Search of expiration date of LEC validity based on supply number. • Estimated calculation of participation cost of new consumers connection (for Low and Medium Voltage). • Compatibility Check of Net-Metering meters. • Search of RES Margins per municipality. • English language support • Display of RES production data • Request “Issues with Bizonal Reduced Pricing System” • Check Bizonal Reduced Pricing • Request for meter readings correction Information about the functionality • You can log in to the application through Taxisnet-based authentication, in order to access all the functionality of the application. Having authenticated, you can maintain your profile with the supply numbers you are interested in. You can now store contact information (mobile phone and email) in your profile. Alternatively, you can enter the application as a guest and make use of limited functionality of the application. • You can instantly receive notifications of general purpose or power outages in one or more municipalities/communities of your choice. • To report a power outage/failure, submit a contact or a network connection request, withdraw any request or register meter readings, the use of the full name and a mobile phone number is required, to which an One Time Password (OTP) must be received and confirmed, before the final submission or recall of a request.
