Description
Vélibz is an application which made your Vélib moves easy!
This app is independent of Vélib Métropole and is not the official app.
BEST BIKES
- Find the best available bike near you with an intelligent recommendation algorithm.
- Bikes are ranked by quality and proximity, so you always find the best bike within walking distance.
- See each bike's performance score at a glance and choose with confidence.
STATIONS
- Find the stations and the availability of mechanical, electric bikes or parkings on the map.
- Head easily to a station with the display of your orientation on the map
- Open directions to a station using Apple Maps or Google Maps simply by selecting it.
- Open list mode to see all the availability of nearby stations at a glance.
- Add your preferred stations to favorites to find them easily.
SEARCH
- Search for an address and save it to find nearby stations.
- Your past searches remain available in the history.
- Save your favorite addresses to find them easily.
- Search for a station using its identifier or name.
GEOFENCING
- Add an arrival point on the map and let the app take care of the rest. No more bothering to look for a station with available parking when you are there.
- Once your device will detect that you are approaching the point, the app will send you a notification with the closest station to it and that has space available!
- From a point placed on the map with a long press or after a search, start an intelligent route, and let the app monitor the available parkings.
- Your favorite GPS app will open towards your destination and you will receive a notification when approaching.
- When you receive the notification, open it and let yourself be guided: the route to it will be shown to you!
WIDGET
- Find the stations closest to you with their availability anywhere on your device.
SIRI & SHORTCUTS
- Set sentences and ask Siri to "Show stations around school", or "Receive notification when approaching office"
- Use the Shortcuts app with Vélibz actions to create automations and simplify your life!

- When you change the type of bike on the map then the list of bikes for a station is sorted. You then see the bikes that interest you in priority.
- When Vélib datas are unavailable, the app automatically switches to another data source.
- Improving location management when the app is reopened after being in background.

- A new panel at the bottom of the screen now displays nearby stations as a list to see availability at a glance.
- When you select a station or an address, the panel also displays a more usable menu as well as nearby stations with useful details.
