Added a Welcome screen to which most users will just need to tap Go FieldPro. The welcome screen has a What's New section as well as an Edit Webapp URL button in case the URL needs correction. Fixed app freezing after returning from external browser calls. This version now uses Google Chrome (not Safari) as the external browser to handle downloading/viewing attachments, deficiency photos, etc.
