Manage your health cover with ease. The see-u app makes it simple to claim, update details, and keep on top of your policy.
With the app, you can:
- Make Extras claims by uploading a receipt
- Pay bills securely
- Update your details and view policy info
- Track claims and benefit limits
- Access documents and order replacement cards
- Find a Doctor and contact our team
Members aged 15 and over can log in using their own email address to manage personal details and claims securely.
Make sure you’re using the latest version and follow the prompts to register or re-register if needed.

It's important to us that you understand your cover and make the most of it, so we've extended the information you can view about your cover to include what is and isn't covered under your hospital policy, and any Government rebates applied towards the cost of your private health insurance premiums.
