It dispels misconceptions and contradictions related to the above conditions. It provides guidance and supports the development of healthy habits, making it easier to live with insulin resistance and PCOS. MIRA provides inspiration and tips for creating the right diet.

Mira Health is working with certified dietitians. Our nutrition experts are responsible for keeping the contents of the application (such as diets, recipes, educational materials) up-to-date. They are also responsible for compilation and wording the collection of our blog posts (MIRA 101), trainings, packages. The dietary guidelines of the MIRA Health company are approved by the Department of Food and Nutrition, University of Helsinki.
