No Three Day Free Trial
I opted for a three day free trial. The next screen showed plan availability. Without authorizing a credit card I was billed for a one year plan. I tried to cancel before the three day trial ended and my screen showed it would not cancel until one year from the day I selected a three day trial. This is nothing more than fraud which I will report to Apple and my State Attorney General.

Doesn’t work with iPhone 17 promax
I used this all the time on my 14 promax, zero issues. The 17 promax has 1 clear panel over all of the lenses and the flash - so it cannot get a read on my pulse, at all. It has captured 2 readings but they were way off. I loved this app, so I’m very disappointed. I will have to find a new trustworthy heart app, which is impossible on the App Store.

I had to spend a lot of time just clicking through ads which were very misleading. The whole thing is designed to get you to buy and install other apps. Somewhere at the bottom of all these apps was hidden one button to check your blood pressure. Good luck finding it!

Everytime I tried using it and put my index finger on one of my cameras, it kept resetting trying to find my pulse over and over and it never even worked, I tried my best to hold still or different cameras or positions! I used to use this app every night. It gave me quite a bit of information that I really appreciated. Then the app automatically resubscribed, and the app had changed and no one told me it was going to. Now just about every feature that I really appreciated it. I have to pay an extra fee for, after you’re already paying $49. I don’t mind if you want to change your prices, but to have my app automatically resubscribe, and then you tell me that I’m not getting the same thing unless I pay more, is BS! I’m a tad concerned that the reading from the app differs about 20bpm compared to my Apple watch 11 when I check it on both devices at the same time. The app is off in both higher and lower so there isn’t any consistency. Not sure what to make of it..

I love the InPulse app. Whenever I’m feeling heart rhythm imbalance. I always go to check on the app for my heart pulse and it’s always going to show me. It would be nice if InPulse was able to add Ai technology to study more of the heart rhythm free as well and pay extra for subscription services to see more.

Excellent Tool for Heart Monitoring
Use this every day and love that it records everything. My Cardiologist was so grateful that he could look at all the historical data going back eight months. My only complaint is the last four days I’ve taken my heart rate and it’s stuck in “ Analyzing your Measurements” and has not come out of that phase. I’ve waited for 20 minutes and it would not leave the analyzing measurements phase. What is up with that? Did I miss a software update?

False reporting
This app reports to detect blood pressure and blood sugar through the camera on your phone. In both cases data is reported by user not detected by device. I didn’t believe sugar, but hoped for pressure. No. This will not take your blood pressure but take your report on what you think it is. This is like many many other apps can only take your heart rate. Not an accurate determinator of blood pressure. Blood sugar is completely out of the question.

They will take your money, even if you don’t use the app
I submitted a claim stating that I only used this for the trial and my fault, just found out that I have been charged for the app for months. I told him I was unaware. I deleted the app and only used the first couple of days. They denied my request for a refund. I appealed it and the appeal is denied. No compassion no question no desire and kept six months at least of unauthorized subscription money. Don’t trust this app. I’m a very honest person, and it was a very honest overlook and they do not care and we know they can see that I never opened after the trial.

Heart rate very inaccurate
The calculated heart rate on this app is way different than what your actual heart rate is. I have compared it between this app, apple health with a Apple Watch, and had a nurse compare at the same time and this app consistently showed around 10-30 bmp less than my heart was actually beating. I paid for a year subscription to find this out and now it’s useless

It’s difficult to keep your finger perfectly positioned long enough for this app to provide results-it takes around sixty seconds-and too often just before you get your results the app resets and you have to start over. The results (when you’re successful) are mostly technical and difficult to understand. It’s very frustrating if you think you may be having a heart related issue and really want/need to get results from this app. NOT recommended!

Doesn’t fully work after purchase
The app worked fine when I was on the trial but about two weeks after I got the year subscription it got wonky. Now it constantly tells me my energy level is zero, restarts readings at random no matter where I place my finger, and I have had to uninstall and reinstall twice trying to get it to work properly on a iPhone 15 Pro. I liked it well enough to get the subscription but now I’m just disappointed.

I checked out the free app and was not paying attention and they hit me with five payments for $6.99 over a period two weeks days. I’ve asked Apple for a refund and this seems a little tricky to me so you better watch out make sure you understand the subscription or they will switch you to a daily cost when the Monthly cost is a lot less. Kind of scammy. They hope people don’t pay attention so pay attention to the subscription.

Gives inaccurate reading
I’m severely obese and I have high blood pressure. I have been diagnosed. I happen to be at the doctors office for my next check up and my blood pressure was 180. I decided to check this app to see if the reading is accurate in this app keeps on reading my blood pressure as normal people be careful out there with false apps. I’m sure this app would be really cool, if more or all features were free. You only get the heart rate feature for free. They do have a trial subscription- but then you need to remember to cancel it if it’s not beneficial to you. Which I tend to forget to do, so I’d rather not take the chance on one feature.

This app just takes your heart rate, which I have an app on my watch for free. The blood pressure part you have to enter manually. Same with your oxygen. You have some general articles on good health which you can read about on the internet, WebMD. The diet section is pretty worthless, that has some recipe ideas, which I will never use. All in all a worthless app that they charge for something you can get elsewhere for free.

I was impressed when it measured my heart rate but all tests after that are flawed. On heart health, it would never get past the first section. In the questions about your current health, it says check all conditions that apply, but checking a second condition erases the first one….etc….glad I opted for the free trial!
