Problemer med appen og ingen support
Vi har købt appen til vores datter der har ADHD. Dertil købte vi et apple watch så hun kunne få nudges på armen i skoletiden. Desværre stoppede notifikationerne med at komme på uret. Jeg har forsøgt alt hvad jeg kunne læse på tiimo’s hjemmeside og hvad jeg ellers kunne søge frem på nettet. Men intet af det har hjulpet. Derefter har jeg forsøgt at kontakte Tiimo hvilket ikke kan lade sig gøre. Ingen telefonnummer, ikke i appen, ikke på messenger og de har heller ikke svaret på de to mails jeg har sendt dem. Så vi står tilbage med en app som er betalt på årsbasis, som vi ikke kan bruge og en pig

Tiimo can’t understand what I write
Tiimo can’t understand what I am writing. Even easy sentences are a challenge for it. I wrote: Add Grocery shopping : milk, sugar and eggs and it created three tasks! I wrote: delete reminders and still I got a reminder 20 min later ! And there is no way to colour code the tasks. Or place them in a folder, I choose another app,

Watch out for trials not working
I wanted to test it out, and said yes to a free trail. Clicked around for a few minutes, and concluded it was not for me, and cancelled the subscription. Pretty surprised when I saw the full amount was deducted, and apple just rejected my refund claim.

Tiimo markets itself as a tool for people with ADHD – but it exploits the so-called “ADHD tax”. They lure you in with a free trial that automatically turns into a full-year subscription if – no, when – you forget to cancel. When you deliberately target a group that struggles with time, organisation and subscriptions, it feels more like a business trick than genuine help. If Tiimo really cared about ADHD users, the trial would either just stop before charging, or they’d clearly warn us and help us remember to cancel.

Notifications don’t work properly
I don’t know if it’s just an issue for me, but if I forget to check of one task I won’t get notifications for the rest of the tasks for days. Even if I do tick them of I sometimes won’t get notifications. It seems so random and defeats the purpose of having the app. I don’t need to get punished for forgetting to tick things, just give me the reminder that I asked for. Used to be great
It used to be a great app. But they make changes every week (not very neurodivergent friendly) and insists on using AI for every minor thing, and the AI features suck, and they have take no sustainability measures to compensate for their use of AI. Used to recommend it to everyone but I’ve cancelled my subscription and refuse to use the app. Waste of my money when I’d already paid for a full year.

So many issues
This app is great - when it works. I bought the app and each time you turn off your phone you have to uninstall and install widgets and the app once again for it to work. When expressed to the team I’m asked a to be the troubleshooter without any compensation (still payed for an entire year and they expect free feedback and troubleshooting) I’ve never experienced anything like it. So unprofessional. When there’s a problem - and a costumer tells you all the details in which it doesn’t work, it’s their problem to find the issue without me needing to repeat myself and send multiple mails to solve

I absolutely *love* Tiimo!! I’ve been using this app for years, even before realizing I had ADHD, and it’s truly changed how I structure my days and keep routines that actually feel good. The web app has been a lifesaver, especially during work, since I can cross tasks off my list without breaking flow. And the new AI planning feature? Such a relief, taking the heavy lifting out of daily planning. It’s genuinely exciting to see an app I adore continue to grow and evolve alongside me. Can’t wait to see what comes next!

The subscription pricing isn’t available anywhere on the app description or support site. The FAQ’s “price” section says: “Please note that app prices vary slightly between locations. Your local price will be visible in App Store or Google Play when subscribing through the app. If you subscribe through web the price doesn’t vary and is viewable at the end of the sign-up flow.”… so I can’t see the price before I give out personal data? This is a dishonest monetisation pattern
