Description
The Resideo Pro app serves as a primary tool of engagement for HVAC and Security professionals when working with Resideo, Honeywell Home, and First Alert products. The app simplifies installation and configuration for a range of products, including:
• T Series thermostats: T5, T6 Pro, T9, T10 Pro, and T10+ Pro
• L Series water products: L1, L2, and L5
• VX1 doorbell
• Pro Series Panel
Use the app to securely connect to these devices via BluetoothTM, Wi-FiTM or QR code, configure device ISU settings, verify the devices are functioning correctly, and invite your customers to complete registration to the device on their homeowner app.
Additional benefits include:
• Easily access tech tips, featured products, training guides, videos, and Resideo Academy
• Access Resideo's catalog of replacement parts
• Know where devices have been installed by associating them to your company's Resideo Pro account
• If your company is subscribed to Pro-IQTM Services, activate our in-app branding service (Pro-IQ EssentialsTM) by inviting homeowners to register and connect their devices
