The Application is fully integrated with ePMS Facilities Management Module. this version of the App is for our customer "Royal Ambassador" ePMS Facilities Management is for Customers and Technicians. Customer can make Maintenance Request and interact with Customer Support centre and Customer Support Centre can Re-Direct Requests to Technician and track down the tasks.
