This new version includes improvements to hotspot onboarding and minor bug fixes.

This new version fixes for minor related fee calculations and staking fees.

This new version provides minor user-interface improvements and bug fixes. Please be aware that for the migration to Solana you do NOT need to transfer your Hotspot to another account. The only thing you need to do is to use the Helium Wallet app (Black app) together with the maker app of your Hotspot brand.

Helium's migration to the Solana blockchain is approaching. From now on, the Helium Hotspot app will solely function as a Hotspot management application for Original Helium and FreedomFi hotspots. This new version removes any wallet functionality; including but not limited to voting, viewing tokens, and managing tokens.

Migrate your Wallet and prepare for the Solana migration - now with more security! Create a password before migrating your wallet so only you can import it in the Helium Wallet app.

The Helium blockchain migration to Solana is almost here! Prepare for the update by migrating your wallet to the Helium Wallet App (aka black app)! Migration is easy. Make sure you have Helium Wallet app v1.5.0 installed, then initiate the migration from the Helium Hotspot app. You'll continue using the same 12 words in the Wallet app and continue managing your tokens. When the migration happens, you'll be all set on the black app. Support for Wallet Migration - Adds 1-click support to export your 12 word seed phrase wallet to the Helium Wallet app (v1.5.0 required) Onboarding of New Hotspots to Maker Apps - Redirects users during onboarding of new Hotspots to use Maker apps.

Minor bug fixes

Support for MOBILE is here! If you've set up a 5G Hotspot with a Small Cell Radio, you'll start seeing your MOBILE balance.

Includes a check for Data Transfer, in addition to Proof-of-Coverage activity when transferring a Hotspot. Also fixes layout for smaller screened devices during deeplinking.

This update is to fix a few bugs found since the last release. The next release will address changes for Light Hotspots. Fixes sign out for Deploy Mode Addresses a display bug for seed phrase when in Deploy Mode. Updates Witness days from 5 to 3 The Witness List looks at the last 3 days of Proof-of-Coverage receipts, not 5 anymore.

New Features Transfer Hotspot v2 A new way to transfer Hotspots is now available on the app. Now transferring Hotspots is as easy as sending a payment transaction. Hotspot sellers can initiate the transfer from Hotspot Settings, the same as before, but instead of waiting for the buyer to accept the transaction, the transfer is immediately submitted to the blockchain. Once cleared, the buyer will see the new Hotspot in their app. When the transfer is successful, both buyers and sellers will receive a notification. Earnings Map Filter Now available on the app, the earnings map filter introduced in Explorer in January can be found by tapping the Map Layers icon on a Hotspot details view. Other map filters include Transmit Scale, Witnessed Hotspots, and Coverage. Hotspot Year to Date earnings See how much your Hotspot has earned this year by going to a Hotspot and tapping **YTD**. Bug Fixes * We’ve fixed an issue when the Maker app uses deeplinking to add a Hotspot to the network did not elicit the correct error message. Now we know to check if the Hotspot was already onboarded and surfaces a clearer error message to contact the Maker for next steps. Maker Updates * Adds Dragino Hotspot Chores Removes HNTenna from available list of Antennas Users should use the Custom Antenna dropdown to enter the dbi of custom antennas that did not come from approved HIP-19 Hotspots. All approved Maker antennas are still selectable from the dropdown based on name.

New Features See how your Hotspot stacks up to the Network! We’ve added the average expected network earnings per Hotspot to see how yours perform against other Hotspots on the network. Bug Fixes Fixes an issue when you update the gain or elevation of a Hotspot and the card disappears, preventing you from submitting the update. Fixes a QR scan issue where you cannot scan again, after scanning a few times. Maker Updates Updates Hummingbird default antenna dbi.
