The app combines route driver and service technican roles into a single powerful app, enabling simplifi and Streamware VendMAX users the ability to get their job done efficiently and effectively with a single app. Key features & functions include: -fill, collect & inventory machines -visual planograms & picklists with product images -Bluetooth DEX data collection -search and scan to quickly find machines and products -create orders and accept payments for office deliveries -create, dispatch & resolve service calls -push notifications on new calls to drive immediate action -mapping with turn-by-turn directions -cash payment device diagnostics, troubleshooting and configuration via Synq simplifi MOBILE is developed by Crane Connectivity Solutions (CCS), Crane Merchandising Systems (CMS) and Crane Payment Innovations (CPI) to serve the unattended Retail industry, including Vending, Micro Markets, and Office Coffee, Tea & Water.
