Description

Our mobile-based platform creates a link to record and communicate on-the-fly updates and notify all necessary partners, both internal and external, with one click. It allows the frontline staff to simply check a task or update when complete and automatically notify parties, instead of having to follow up the action with multiple phone calls and texts. In a single, easily accessible mobile application, FlowHawk provides OPO’s a tool that ensures the right information at the right time. The Donor Status module is designed by your peers in organ procurement to eliminate redundant communications, reduce missed notifications and provide quick mobile tracking for complete partner coordination, case oversight and seamless handoffs. With FlowHawk you can: - Collaborate and communicate in a centralized space to monitor and track all cases - Ensure the entire team, including your external partners, are always up to date on case progress - Communicate securely in the same application with one-click - Generate documentation of case communications that support continuous quality improvement
