New Tecsan Management Company Limited is a professional property management company based in Macau. We provide quality and professional property management services for real estate projects of corporate groups. Projects include La Marina, Villa De Mer, La Baie Du Noble, The Pacifica Garden, Macau Square, Polytec Garden, and others with a total area of more than one million square feet. Based on the specific requirements of customers and the characteristics of the project, the company is dedicated to providing customers with the most tailored services. Our service philosophy is “safe, warm, fast, clean and convenient.”
La Marina is a luxury residential property in Macau, consisted of about 3,000 units in six buildings. The Clubhouse offers an extensive range of facilities including Swimming Pool, Indoor & Outdoor Playground, Fitness Garden, 24-hour Gym Room, Mahjong Room, BBQ Area, Reading Room, Sauna/Steam Room, Table Tennis Room, Billiard room, Gym Room, Yoga/Dance Room, and Badminton room.
