Welcome to the new Bodybuilding.com app. Designed with seven different ways to workout, trackable health metrics, a customized social experience and an in-app shopping hub for your supplements needs, the BBCOM app is the key to unlocking your true potential. Though don’t just take our word for it. Dive into why you should download the Bodybuilding.com app now. 1. Choose Your Workout Experience Follow along with guided workouts led by our coaches, choose an accessory, dive into a multi-week program, design your own workout/progrram, stack your experiences, or learn new moves with our movement library. There’s a way to work out for everyone. Our team of Master Coaches consists of accredited professionals with decades of experience. They’ll lead multiple modalities ranging from strength and hypertrophy to body recomp and performance. Need a time out? Pause a workout at any time to watch the movement tutorial without exiting. Time for a rest day? Jump into an accessory to take a breathwork, stretching or mobility sequence. Take planning into your own hands by constructing a workout or program specific to you. Build out your calendar using the move library or stack pre-existing workouts together. Find your routine with endless possibilities. 2. Connect With Likeminded Users Chasing goals requires support, and when it comes to finding support, community is king. Build your profile, share content, and scroll the feed to find your favorite lifters, workouts, and accounts. Don’t want to share with the world? No sweat. Set your profile to private and accept invites when they come. You’ll be able to like, comment, share and save content in your feed. Stay tuned for our “Groups” feature coming in 2025- where locals can plan meetups IRL, because nothing beats training together. 3. Log your mood, energy level, + effort expenditure while adding photos/videos to memorialize your gains. • Followers / Following: Tap on the follower / following sections on any profile to see who follows who, and move through their profiles. Explore the community and follow others to make the social feed more dynamic. • Workout Settings: In user settings, reachable from the "Me" tab, head into workout settings and turn the set countdown timer off if you don’t need it for your workouts. We have added Movement History; you can now see your skills over time on any movement in the library, just tap the graph icon in the top right of the screen when on a move library entry. Even more useful, you can get there from within a program or custom workout from the same icon, located on the video, and you can copy a set value over to the active set you are doing. We have also added annotations to all moves in the workout plans and the program workouts. Get much-needed info on how to do the exercises, not just what to do. A ton more hardening has happened around maintaining the state of your workout, and recovering active workouts if you quit out of the app in an odd way. You can now listen to your music without worry of it getting turned off or muted. We have also improved what you see when you complete a workout, and are providing much more info about what you accomplished.

We have also improved audio handling, so that you can keep listening to your music while working out. Going into a workout now provides a lot more information before starting it; you can see all the exercises and equipment needed from the workout plan page.
