В пробный период заблокировали сумму оплаты на год, я сразу сообщила в течении 48 часов, что сервис не помогает при входе на некоторые сайты, и что должна отказаться от подписки. Мне прислали ответ из службы поддержки что отменят подписку, но вместо этого сняли деньги с банковского счёта Итог такой : сервисом пользоваться не могу, деньги сняли с карты, теперь как сняли деньги с карты, на обращения в службу поддержки не отвечают, просто игнорируют , при этом в их системе статус запроса обозначен как якобы подписку отменили и сделали возврат!!!! Ещё раз: возврат оп

Antes tenían otra vpn con diferente nombre. La han cancelado sin avisar , yo tenia pagado hasta finales de noviembre. Total he perdido 4 meses de servicio , no es el dinero que es poca cantidad, es la tomadura de pelo . No se si con esta pensaran hacer lo mismo. Dinero perdido!! Ojo !!
