If you sign up they spam you relentlessly, even though you can’t use their service in your area yet. Would suggest waiting until rollout is nationwide, and search for the option to turn off adverts from them

I’ve been trying to request a ride since yesterday it’s always saying “coming soon” why ? I’m in Port Elizabeth South Africa

Such a useless app i just downloaded and try to put my number they saying too many attempts how come i try downloaded it right away and it my first time

Downloaded the app tried to get access but it’s not allowing me, even after I’ve deleted and reinstalled it again. Very frustrating !!!

Good, have good security for facial recognition as proof you the real owner using it, amount per kilometer will okay, in fact DiDi come back to South Africa I won’t mind marketing it for you people. Best so far my respect

I enter my cellphone and it says too many attempts try again later. Strange🤔.... I only tried once. I honestly think it’s ridiculous

The Didi-Rider App definitely doesn’t work on my iPhone device. When i try inserting my mobile number it says “Too Many Attempts Please try again later”. I’ve tried numerous times over a few days… I even deleted and reinstalled the app but it gives the same error message. Please revert back to what the problem is and fix it.

As the title says, the app doesn’t work on these devices. On iPad it says “Too many attempts, try again later”….on the first try….on iPhone it says “Network error” on both LTE and Wi-Fi with perfectly working internet connection. Please fix

Tried logging onto the app but when I put in my number for the first time it says too many attempts.

I bought a new phone and redownloaded the DIDI app onto it. It was working perfectly on my old phone however upon redownloading the app it said it doesn’t go to my location (home address) and that they would expand there soon. This was very confusing since there was never an issue before and made the app unusable to me.

I once requested Didi and it said the driver was 10 min away bear in mind I waited for an 30 min now still saying the driver is 10 min away and didn’t even move so I cancelled the trip and they charged me 50 rand for cancelling the trip and I wrote them an email explaining everything and they didn’t even get back to me I mean now what they did to me is fraud people please watch out for Didi is a fraud this app

It says download china app but I can’t find it anywhere

Rides are too expensive. Prices are too high nowadays and cannot afford it anymore due to greedy drivers and app devs

Didi is the worst I would never recommend it to anyone the whole service is poor, the drivers will rob you daylight

If it was possible to rate it negative I was gonna give it that. Waiting time is like +30 minutes. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Driver was very rude and didn’t listen to the route I wanted and also made me pay the tollgate

App will say driver has arrived while you standing right there where you pinned your pickup location, the driver is not there. The app will start charging you waiting fee like it’s your fault, I hate this app. You have no way of disputing the fee afterwards, what a crap app.

This app is not great i agree to the terms it declines, nah sies!

The app was great at the beginning and affordable until it told me that the online payment was offline and has been like this for months. Making me unable to use the app. No one to assist me with this no response on socials

Worst app ever

This is the worst app ever 😑the driver cancelled my drip for no reason then DiDi took my money and they said they will give me a refund the trip was about 200 and they never paid me since then so I’ll advice ull to stop using this crap service

Not happy with didi they put their driver before customers compared to Bolt and Uber Didi has the worst customer service by far

It’s been over 20 days now since the driver left with my phone and there was nothing done by the company to help and retrieve it, it’s terrifying when you have to rate bolt higher than DiDi

The app is okay, glitches here and there. The driver never show up they just wait around the same spot.. or they’ll just drive away from you.

I’ve been using DiDi since it launched in South Africa and to cut a long story short, make sure you have other taxi apps that you can use. Just in case you find yourself stranded cause there’s never DiDi drivers around or the prices are just ridiculously inflated right before your eyes. I don’t recommend.

On the 01/12/2021 I forgot my car keys inside the car, I tried calling but I think the driver rejected my calls. Now the Driver has my Car keys, house keys and remote for the gate. I asked one of the DiDi driver if the is a customer care number that I can use he told me that the is no number that I can use, it’s been almost a week now without my keys and no one bothered to call me, I have send out emails and I never got a reply. I was traveling from Observatory to OR tambo international airport. My contact number is 073 306 6591

My friends were harassed and sexually assaulted by a Driver named J in Gqeberha. He wouldn’t let 1 women get out of his car and when my other friend showed up to fetch her and get her out of the car he followed the two women in the car. He needs to be removed and held accountable for his actions.

Today I had the worst experience, I requested then the driver said he was coming in two minutes, I then logged out on the app for a few seconds, when I log in the app after few seconds the driver said trip ended and the payment went through without him having to pick me up, tried calling him but he declined my calls. His number plate is CA700605 it’s a grey car at Parow Centre in Cape Town.

😭😭if I could choose no stars I would. This app is nonsense, it takes forever. The time I spend waiting for a driver I could build a house and finish!
