Description

SIMPLE.ERP mPracownik is a solution dedicated to employees of organizations that focus on effective and modern methods of personnel management. The solution complements the SIMPLE.ERP system, ensuring that employees receive data on their personal mobile devices such as phones or tablets and submit leave requests to their superiors. The application allows the employee to: • viewing personal data, employment data, or payroll data provided by the employer • downloading data in real time from the HR and payroll database • viewing your own pay slips from payrolls • access to current employee leave balances • issuing leave requests by the employee • acceptance, withdrawal for correction or rejection of subordinates' requests by the superior • viewing the register of consents granted and purposes of personal data processing in accordance with the RODO
