Telenet TV start niet op IPAD
Sinds enkele weken start de Telenet TV app niet meer op mijn IPAD (versie 15.8.5). Heb de app verwijderd en terug opgestart en ook de Ipad herstart maar helaas! Bij het opstarten krijg ik even een zwart scherm dat terug verdwijnt en dan niets meer. Het enigste dat in mijn omgeving gewijzigd is: Play More abonnement opgezegd.

Sedert onze nieuwe aansluiting (verhuis) in maart kunnen we geen tv meer kijken op smartphone en laptop. Na chat met Telenet op 15 mei 2026 gingen ze dit in orde brengen. We krijgen vandaag nog altijd: oeps er liep iets mis, probeer later opnieuw. Zou ik dit als antwoord op hun factuur ook mogen antwoorden?

Ik heb de app verwijderd en terug geïnstalleerd, maar als de app wil openen, gebeurd er niets en kom ik gewoon terug op mijn startscherm. Ik zie dat er al verschillende mensen reageren dat de tv app niet werkt. Waarom reageert Telenet niet? Om zot te worden als je dat nog niet bent ondertussen.

Na 3 weken melden dat at het niet lukt om aan te melden lukt dit nog steeds niet!telenet medewerkers zeggen al 3 weken hetzelfde,app verwijderen en opnieuw installeren of wachtwoord wijzigen.dit allemaal gedaan,krijg nog steeds de foutmelding dat aanmelden niet lukt.

Kan niet ingelogd geraken
Kan al een lange tijd niet ingelogd geraken na alles al geprobeerd te hebben, ook al contact opgenomen ze weten ervan maar er word niets aan gedaan. Spijtig want is onmisbaar als je bijvoorbeeld in Europa op reis bent.
Heb nu 16mei 2026 nogmaals alles geprobeerd, cache leeg gemaakt, app verwijderd en terug geïnstalleerd, iPad terug opgestart, wachtwoord veranderd, niks helpt er nog.
Hatelijk dat Telenet je hier niet mee verder helpt na vele jaren klant te zijn en pas twee nieuwe tv boxen en een vernieuwd abonnement aangeschaft te hebben.
