Personally I genuinely enjoy how easy this app is to use. I have a lot of fun when I design my work. Though not known anywhere, I still firmly believe this is a great service for getting digital work into physical form. As someone who doesn’t have the resources or money or time to spend on physically painting (thought I wish I could). Printful has given me a chance to see my digital artwork in person. Great app/site with excellent service
I tried Printful for the first time and I was very excited and impressed with the quality of one of the products that I bought. It was everything I was hoping/aiming for. I bought a second product (hoodie) and because of my inexperience and design placement the product didn’t come back the way that I wanted. I submitted a refund/redesign and to much of my surprise, I got the refund. This is an excellent place for various projects and the team they have working there are really great and amazing people. I wouldn’t be able to do this with a local print shop
It’s nice that the print on demand company can print a shirt when it’s ordered. I’m starting this clothing company with 300$. Once a shirt is ordered, they print it. A local shop needs a bulk order. The only downside is that the shirts get printed in Mexico and sometimes the site glitches and all my work I did to publish an item, is lost and I need to do the publishing task over. I really wanted to love this app. I downloaded it today to integrate it into my workflow and track screen time on my iPad, but after switching briefly into another app, my entire design session disappeared — twice. What’s the Point?
I’m disappointed in the limited functionality of the app, especially not being able to create new products within the app. If one of the biggest things that needs to be done isn’t available and I have to go to the website then what is the point of using the app? I like to use my iPad and don’t even have a traditional computer. The Printful website is glitchy using iOS, especially trying to access full pages. I’ve had designs stuck in my head for years and never really knew how to get them into production…and then enters Printful! As soon as I found their site and started navigating through the functionality, I knew it would be a perfect match. There are some minor complaints, like not being able to organize or personalize my store. Also there are some minor bugs with the duplicate feature with the inside tag prints, but overall they are an outstanding company! Unfortunately even though it's an easy app to use, they're not very transparent with their pricing. I had to dig through help forums to find out what my products actually cost to ship as they give you a $5 to $15 general range. How am I supposed to price my products when I have no idea how much they cost to ship? I was able to connect my Etsy store and actually get a couple of products linked to it. It’s a new day and I cannot find how to add more product to my Etsy store. The T-Shirts came in a timely manner. The print was acceptable. The website was a little confusing when I needed to go back and edit my T-shirts. Update 1.13 made the app useless
I’ve been checking back since this update went live to see if there has been fixes but there hasn’t been. This update was not ready to go live. It was a complete layout change but in doing so none of the product pictures will load and when you go to the orders tab or try and view any products etc. all you get are white bars against the black screen background. Ok I have used this company for YEARS! And for years I have love it! Their quality was amazing and turn around time was superb. But lately within the past few months their quality has decreased significantly. I have several Etsy stores and I sell mugs tee shirts and hoodies. Sadly almost daily I have to submit problem reports of broken mugs, or items misprinted or double printed on apparel. This is really affecting my reputation which I worked SO HARD TO BUILD! Despite over 20 complaints they still refuse to pack their items in such a way that they don’t break.

Awful customer service so far!!
I haven’t been able to use my account since the day I opened (10 days ago) because “I need to confirm my email”. No problem with that! The problem is that I wrote them the same day telling them I had issues with the system, which kept saying “there was a confirmation email sent to your email”, and that “if I didn’t receive anything, request the link again”. Nothing ever arrived to my email!! Not even me requesting lots of times!! And when they “reply” (3 different people have done it) they keep asking me what was the email I register my account with, even though I have said it already before!!

UX on accessing order status needs improvement
I like that we get notified as soon as orders (or shipments) get sent out, but the user experience for tapping the notification for more details is terrible. When I tap a notification from my lock screen, the app loads slowly and basically forgets that I’ve tapped a specific order and just brings me to the dashboard. By then, the notification has disappeared, and I can’t view order details unless I happened to remember the order number before tapping. The only workaround is to pre-load the app first, and then tap the notification. Hardly optimal!!
