This is not updating whether on smart watch always . When find device only then the smartwatch display temperature after sometime it stops display temperature

Be good if you could add steps heart rate weather date and things to your own photo. And i refuse to download Strava because i read it and not once did it mention a price but mentioned that they would take your money after free trial and every month afterwards

Just personalising my new Veolia watch very excited using the app

I’ve bought one and got a dud then got replacement thinking it’s a one off. Both stop displaying in the screen in a couple of days. The functions work. Like it vibrates when taking blood pressure and you get a result on the app. Nothing on the screen. In the app but it won’t vibrate on anything else like messages. I’ve set and reset both phone and app. I’ve not added anything to default and still nothing on screen. Just light flashing and a white line at top. Charge only lasts just over a day. I liked it and everything it had to offer but can’t get it to working.

I believe this app could be fantastic with a good overhaul. I find the functions to be quite limited in comparison to other applications running cheaper smart watch software. I also find the watch face gallery to be extremely limited. You also have to leave the app open for constant syncing of data. All in all a good app that could be a lot better.

After upgrading to the latest DA Fit version 2.9.6 which is supported to run on IOS 12.5.8, DA Fit app keeps frozen at the logo start screen and cannot be used at all. Could you pleased fix DA Fit app and make it run on IOS 12.5.8 as I need it to use with my smart watch. Thank you very much for all your help.

Since adding advertising unable to use all functions on iPhone 16

( Awia watch) I love how I can call and see my msg even when I got taken away, but when I made sure it was connected, the music suddenly went to the watch instead of my air buds. If you can contract the owner and figure out why this is happening I would be grateful.

I’ve had this watch for a week and I still can’t work out how to record a workout. It’s counting steps but that’s the only function that works easily. There is no option for swimming. It’s waterproof but there’s no swim function. If there’s a gps tracker I can’t find it.

This app works well on my phone but compared to other smart phone apps at 430Mb it seems 10 times as big. And then there is ad bloat ware.

Gimmick or kids toy. Only people that don’t know how AI works, think you’re getting your own data set. Collation of average results for your age, weight etc based on standardised expectations of activity based on time of day. For example, reading as “light sleep” if you’re reading or watching TV during time you’ve set on your phone for sleep health. Cheap and nasty. No support for issues. Don’t waste your time & don’t risk your health if you’re relying on this ap to give you ‘your’ stats.

I am impressed with the options on this phone. I have only had it a few days and am happy with it so far.

There were some minor issues but not breaking. Until the recent update that launched not only a small ribbon of ads but ads that take over the whole page and are hard to close out of but just direct you to download some app I have no interest in. Even worse are the ads that are clearly scam and pretend to come from your OS saying you have malware and click here to fix it. Not impressed by that at all.

Pop ups I don’t want them, I didn’t ask for them yet you give them without any way of getting rid of them. I don’t want to be accosted by ads every time I open this app. I never used to receive ads and one day you ask me if I would like to receive them but the only button you give to press is “continue” which results in an endless barrage of ads. Not happy .

I love the look of the watch and often get asked about it. At the end if the day it gives me all the information I need to see how I went with my exercise, sleep, heart rate etc.

Will not connect to watch it continues to say disconnected and show your wrong time

I truly do believe this app is amazing and I think its really great. Just one thing I would appreciate are various fonts for the time when your creating your own custom watch face. That’s all from me, CHEERS

Battery life is less than 24 hours. The Blood Pressure reading is way off a difference of 30/20. Very disappointed in this watch I could have bought the same type hundreds of dollars cheaper from Temu. Buyer beware do not trust the reviews that state it is the best on the market as they are false and misleading

So far so good, my Garmin died and the price for a new one was ridiculous so I purchased this one from hard hat. Impressed with the build and look of it👌🏻

The functionality is okay, but I do have one gripe it will only record my nightly sleep starting at 2201 until morning. I go to bead before 10 so my sleep logging is way off

The options are real and the sleep settings are amazing

It is amazing I got it cos I wanted just an app for a watch it this is so much more it has sleep tracking eating and bmi tracking it is 10/10

Seriously why waste money on a silly overpriced brand name when products like this deliver competitive quality at a fraction of the price! Very happy customer!

I just love this app so much it’s so useful it helps me and I can even change the background and this watch is only of temu what a good watch and app

Great watches great app but the ads are all over the shop and why can ads track you? Very annoying very impersonal very invasive get rid of them. Let customers pay $5.-dollars a year and get rid of them. Hate the ads. Makes the watch Miss function and use better life of the watch because of ads all the time. My watch keeps vibrating every 10 seconds because of ads I had to stop bearing it because it keeps vibrating and it keeps resetting because of ads very disappointed with the product

I bought a watch with your software on it and was told that the ability to do cashless payments with it was going to be in an update soon. This was 18 months ago. If and when is this going to be an option? Or was this a lie to get a sale?

This watch is the best

Brilliant binding and functional interface… always been an Iwatch guy (which I have broken many)but blown away how much better this works with the phone. Just one thing, remember to go into settings on the app and turn on Bluetooth or like me your scratching your head figuring pairing out lol
