Handling:
Es können sowohl ausgedruckte print@home-Tickets, MobileTickets direkt vom Smartphone oder am Bahnhof produzierte Barcode-Tickets gelesen werden.
Einfach mit der App den Barcode des Tickets scannen und die Leistungen werden aufgeführt. Bei Wahlleistungen können Sie auf der App wählen welchen Gutschein der Kunde konsumieren möchte.
Die App erkennt ob Tickets gültig, storniert oder teilweise rückerstattet worden sind.
Voraussetzungen:
Für den Einsatz benötigen Sie ein Smartphone oder Tablet mit Kamera und gute WLAN- oder Mobilfunkverbindung.
Von den Jungfraubahnen erhält jeder Partner einen exklusiven Initialisierungscode. Anhand diesem Code können Sie sich als Partner identifizieren.
