I got this to back-up files in case of iPad failure. When I connected it to my iPad, it said "tidying up". The Tidying was my entire iPad! It deleted ALL my files! The fact that this could even happen means this software should NEVER be used!

For the people who are having trouble with the app opening and sitting on a solid white screen....Try tapping the screen up about a half inch from the top of the screen. I’ve tested it on IPhone 6, XS Max and 2018 IPad Pro 11. All have been successful opening. You may have to uninstall and then re-download as I had to for the XS Max. Afterwards I was able to open with just touching the screen Hope it helps!!

The app is constantly crashes without working properly at all! Neither does the drive itself worked. The USB end of the drive doesn’t fit properly into the port. Very poor quality product! Don’t waste your time or money on this one! Wish I had done more research or read more reviews on this one.

At first this little flash drive and app saved me and kept my phone from overfilled storage. But now the App doesn’t stay open even after uninstalling it and so forth. Not sure what’s going on, I accepted the message to let drive communicate with phone but the home screen pops open for only 2-5 sec then goes away. If anyone out there has an idea I am open. Otherwise appears this thing is terribly defunct.

Worked the first time around. Second time I tried using it, it would open but when I tried to back anything up it shut down. Now it won’t even open. I click on it and it starts to open then shuts down.

Was working fine last week, now when I click on the app it immediately throws me out. I would really like having this fixed because all my pictures are on this thing

My advice: Stay away!!! My first use, I left my phone backing-up photos. Came back to it hours later, and there was some apparent progress, with 1.5g used of the 128g. Then it prompted me to set a password. I didn’t understand what it meant to “connect four dots,” then tapped “modify password. It then said “Enter old password,” and I’ve not been able to access it since.

This will download videos from my phone to the drive, but when you try to transfer to the computer from the stick it does nothing. Until they fix the app for this it is worth nothing.

It worked okay at first, but once I began adding videos to the drive, the app became very very slow and unresponsive for me. I am unable to view the videos on the drive now, because they either won’t load and keeps “tidying up” or the app crashes when trying to open. Also the new update made it so that you cannot switch to portrait mode on videos.

This app is a total joke. I’ve been trying to use it for over a year and have manage so take four photos. Now the photos icon is totally gone from the menu so I can’t take pics or videos and same them straight to this device. Typical crap from amazon/China

I really like the speed of the app.. But there is some areas that are not in English .

Just started using it on my iPhone 6s, iOS 12. Have tried only photos so far. It seems to work ok. A bit of a sluggish feel and a somewhat cumbersome, like when swiping photos. One big exception is when I upload photos to it, it asks me something in Chinese. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ why?! I have to shut the app down to get past it. Only shows my device capacity doesn’t really show device capacity. Recommend developer upgrade app a bit.

When I first got this, I had no problems. Photos and video imported immediately and easily. Last import was in January. Went to import photos and videos today and can’t get them to load onto the flash drive. Have spent almost 2 hours trying. Deleted and reloaded app. No difference. Very disappointed.

I was so excited about how this seemed to work but just now looking for a file on my computer and so many of the photos are in a format that doesnt work on a non apple computer!!!! Now I am worried those photos will be lost as I have already removed them from my phone! What the heck is .HEIC?!

So at first I was really upset thinking that this device doesn’t work, so I tried it on my wife’s phone and it worked on hers so I though maybe it doesn’t support the XS MAX or something. So I plugged it back into my phone and what I did different on hers that I didn’t do on mine is that after you download the app, whenever you plug the device into your phone it asks to allow to send notifications and whatnot. I believe when it asks you all this it also allows the device to access your phone. So when that screen pops up to ask if you allow it to send you alerts, accept it, because after I did

I bought a 512GB flash drive and had backed up thousands of photos from my phone that was close to dying for good. Got a new phone and continued to back up more photos and videos. Today I plugged in the drive and the app says the capacity is 0.0/4GB. ZERO OUT OF FOUR! All my backed up photos and videos are GONE. I’m livid!!! App support is nonexistent. This is complete bull.

Bought the flash drive and it says to download this app. I downloaded on my iPhone and iPad. When you play music and stop the app becomes unresponsive and you have to go out and close the app, this was on the iPhone. On the iPad when you go into the file app and try to play music the little busy wheel just rotates and the app is frozen, you have to go out and close the app, but the same thing happens when you go back into the app. Terrible App.

Works to backup photos as expected. If you’re backing up more than 500 at a sitting I would probably make sure my phone was above 50%. It tends to eat battery life. Really wish the photos section could have individual albums that you could save from your devices camera roll. When you try to backup albums that get more pictures over time, they will line up in date taken order rather than by download or by individual album. Just wish you could group photos and look at them the way my phone lays them out when connected to the device.

This I-east flash downloads the picture without a problem but I have no way to download my music. I click on the folder (music) but it said no relevant source found.

Just opened up the package. The negative reviews scared me but my drive works great though not as intuitive and easy as my Sandisk iXpand. My iPad and iPhone recognized the drive after installing the app. It is a bit slow, twice the size of the Sandisk and didn’t come with plastic end caps as the Sandisk. But, I’m satisfied at this point.
