Ho voluto provare quest’app perché ne ho sentito parlar bene, ed infatti ha tante idee per chi ama variare la routine d’allenamento o chi vuol variare sport, ma basta qualche piccolo errore nel gestire L’app e puff… tutto sparisce. È verissimo colpa mia che volevo eliminare i miei dati privati e, mal indirizzato dall’app ed indicazioni poco chiare, pare abbia eliminato l’account ad un mese dalla scadenza (testimone la mail inviatami da better me) Ora, lo dico da esperto del del settore programmazione software, è impensabile che non abbiate creato una sezione di backup per il recupero dati uten

Abbassate il prezzo o non ne varrà la pena!
Ritengo il prezzo troppo alto: non vale certo il servizio offerto. L’app è buona perché tiene conto dell’età degli utenti, offrendo ottimi spunti per gli allenamenti (infatti è presente anche il fitness per anziani) e si può scegliere, di volta in volta, quale parte del corpo allenare maggiormente. Però, a parer mio, tutta la parte dietetica è futile: carina, ma futile. Chi vuole (e ha bisogno) di seguire una dieta, non può certo accontentarsi delle diete standard delle app o dei siti internet, altrimenti tanto vale andarsele a cercare, appunto, sul web o nei libri/riviste dedicate. Assurdo.. ho sottoscritto a Marzo erroneamente un abbonamento senza il quale non mi faceva andare avanti con l’installazione dell’applicazione, ho chiesto già mail il rimborso entro 24 ore dalla sottoscrizione dell’abbonamento ricevendo una mail automatica di conferma di aver ricevuto la mia richiesta e oggi mi vengono detratti altri 19,99 dalla mia carta. Appena fatto un abbonamento con lo sconto del 50% pagando 14,99€. Prima del pagamento ti fanno fare il test con il cibo che preferisci e non preferisci avere nel tuo piano alimentare “personalizzato”. Dopo il pagamento devi scaricare l’app e DEVI SCEGLIERE TU IL TUO PIANO ALIMENTARE CON I PASTI E CIBI DA LORO INSERITI. Tutte le preferenze inserire prima del pagamento, spariscono. Ho abboccato a questa enorme truffa su Instagram, promettevano una dieta personalizzata, una persona disposta a seguirti 24/7 al comodo prezzo di 19,99€. NON HO MAI AVUTO NIENTE DI TUTTO CIÒ. Anche perché le “diete” che ti propongono non sono assolutamente personalizzate, se vuoi qualcuno che ti segua 24/7 devi pagati altri 29,99€. Insomma ti vendono aria fritta, promettono e non mantengono assolutamente niente. L’unico modo per andare avanti con l’app è pagare, pagare e pagare. Mi piace molto questa app, ti invoglia a perseguire nel l’obiettivo. Le ricette e gli esercizi sono davvero tanti e diversificati. La mia valutazione dipende dal fatto che la maggior parte delle ricette sono sbagliate o mal tradotte. Es: nella lista ingredienti c’è scritto fagiolini e nella descrizione dei procedimenti c’è scritto prezzemolo. Direi che il peso dei due ingredienti varia parecchio e quindi che fare? Altro esempio: in una ricetta a colazione ti fanno mangiare un toast di 50 gr di pane tostato. Qualche giorno dopo sempre a colazione ti propongono due toast per un totale di 20 gr

Volevo provare la app e l’ho scaricata. Non mi sono trovata molto bene poiché gli esercizi sarebbero stati anche carini ma la dieta non fa proprio per me. È una vera e propria truffa. Iniziamo dal fatto che prima ti chiedono delle cose in base ai tuoi gusti dicendo che ti mandano una dieta personalizzata e poi invece una volta acquistato il pacchetto la dieta te la devi scegliere tu (ero capace farlo sda sola anche senza l aiuto di questa app) dopodichè una volta capito che questa è un app che non serve assolutamente nulla non ti lasciano nemmeno disdire l abbonamento. Scrivo una seconda recensione perché dopo le mail inviate e le segnalazioni fatte qui e su Facebook mi ha risposto l’assistenza con due mail dove mi hanno confermato di aver annullato la mia iscrizione e mi hanno anche rimborsato i 9,99 euro che avevo pagato. Quindi posso dire di aver risolto nel miglior modo. Secondo me per evitare questi problemi dovrebbero far annullare l’abbonamento dall’app si eviterebbero incomprensioni e spiacevoli disguidi. L’app non è una truffa perché basta mettere il blocco agli abbonamenti attraverso impronta digitale o codice pin. In caso non sia abilitato è facilissimo eliminare l’abbonamento automatico andando nelle impostazioni e disattivando l’abbonamento prima della scadenza del periodo di prova.
