Evvnt’s new mobile box office upgraded the entire user experience from the existing mobile app. Key enhancements include quicker options for scanning and checking in general admission and reserved seats, and improving the selection and payment process for selling general admission tickets at the door. The new design has simpler navigation options for managing the busyness of event entry with no interruptions. New order management and lookup options are available to help staff finding missing tickets on the spot. The mobile box office is now more intuitive and user-friendly for gate staff or volunteers. Card readers are integrated for ticket sales for seamless payment, and scanning QR code tickets includes the added ability to view an entire order and tap to check-in multiple tickets with ease. These improvements give event organizers and venues access to scanning and check-in options for any size event with the goal of keeping the line into your event moving.
