Questa è una recensione per l’app Samsung Smart Air Conditioner che supporta i vecchi condizionatori Samsung che non sono supportati dalla nuova app SmartThings. L’app Samsung Smart Air Conditioner ha centinaia di recensioni negative ed una media di 1 stella di voto (zero non si può mettere) e nessuno della Samsung risponde. La mando qui sperando che risponda qualcuno. Altrimenti sappiate che dopo un po’ vi abbandoneranno ad un app non funzionante e ne faranno un’altra. Recensione Samsung Smart Air Conditioner: sia su iPhone 6s iOs 15.8.1 sia su iPhone 13 con iOs 18.6.1 Quindi è un problema

Abbiamo comprato elettrodomestici confidando sulla accessibilità della app, poco usabile per chi adopera ausili per ciechi come VoiceOver. Lamento che alcuni pulsanti non sono etichettati e VoiceOver dice solo pulsante, e per il piano cottura non ci sono i mezzi per andare a interagire con il contenuto informativo dei punti calore. Serve sempre un occhio a fianco. Sarebbe utile indicare da quanto tempo sia acceso, e il livello di potenza in uso. Se ha senso non poterlo accendere da remoto può avere senso anche poterlo spegnere o mettere in pausa da remoto, magari perché avevo programmato di fa

Tv sistematicamente offline da App
Ho scelto di acquistare 2 tv Samsung (uno dei quali è un q90 di 3 anni fa) per le prestazioni dei tv. Se avessi dovuto sceglierli per la gestione del telecomando da app direi che avrei decisamente fatto un grave errore. In entrambe le mie abitazioni i Tv sono connessi in Wi Fi (la connessione via Ethernet purtroppo non è una strada percorribile) e in entrambi i casi ogni qualvolta decido di provare a gestire il tv da app li trovo perennemente disconnessi. Premetto che mi occupo di networking e in entrambe le abitazioni la Wi Fi è opportunamente gestita e configurata (oltretutto è attiva la sol

Per gli Sviluppatori: nelle lavatrici SAMSUNG testate, anche Top di Gamma, dotate di tecnologia AI Non si ha a disposizione nella APP alla sezione “Programma Ottimale” cicli di lavaggio specifici per Giubbotti/Trapunte in Piumino d’Oca, Tappeti, Scarpe da Ginnastica, Capi Mix… Inoltre dalla APP Non è possibile impostare a distanza funzioni aggiuntive quali ad esempio, Prelavaggio, Lavaggio Intensivo, per cui occorre essere fisicamente davanti alla lavatrice, vanificando quindi in buona parte la funzionalità SMART ! ADESSO NON CI SIAMO PIÙ!!!
Da possessore di 3 climatizzatori Samsung AR7000M che come macchine le ritengo superlative per la parte smart Wi-Fi non ho lo stesso giudizio. Mi spiego: da 3 anni ad oggi non è stata mai un granché, perenni ritardi negli input dei comandi verso i climatizzatori, molte volte segnalava i climatizzatori disconnessi ma in realtà non lo erano (bastava più volte aprire e chiudere l’app per riuscire a comandarli). Da qualche giorno, invece, l’applicazione è diventata INUTILIZZABILE, ogni qual volta si apre l’applicazione richiede l’inserimento delle credenziali nonostante alla richiesta precedente

Bella solo quando funziona
Non c’è nulla da fare: funziona male. Bellissima quando pienamente operativa, mettete in conto però di dover combattere con disconnessioni dei dispositivi, o dall’account, continue (ho 2 condizionatori SAMSUNG compatibili con l’APP). Per puro caso ho dovuto cambiare telefono, da iPhone 7 a iphoneX.. risultato analogo. E quindi il disservizio è legato al dover continuamente riconfigurare un dispositivo con la risultante di non poterlo utilizzare in remoto: PROPRIO QUELLO CHE MI OCCORRE E CHE MI HA SPINTO A PRENDERE QUESTI PRODOTTI. La utilizzo da poco e mi trovo bene , alcune funzioni a me molto utili però non sono presenti, ad esempio impostando una azione in base all’alba o al tramonto il ritardo impostabile è al massimo di un ora , sarebbe utile poter gestire ritardi più lunghi come da altre app, ad esempio 4 ore . La funzione per utilizzare i sensori di temperatura per la regolazione di riscaldamento e raffrescamento funzione solo se presente un termostatò, sarebbe utile se funzionasse anche senza la presenza di un termostato. Spero sia possibile apportare queste migliorie , allora sarebbe da 5 stelle.
