يستعرض الكتاب بعض ما يعنّ ويعرض للخاطب من مسائل تتعلق بالخِطبة وأحكامِها ، والصداقِ والكفاءة ، وغير ذلك من المسائل نحو :

ـ ماذا يحل للخاطب من خطيبته .
ـ ماذا يحل للخاطب بعد عقد النكاح .
ـ هل للخاطب أن ينفق على مخطوبته وهى لم تزل فى بيت أبيها .
ـ حِل الذهب المحلق للنساء .
ـ أحكام الزفاف : مكان العقد ، الولى ، أركان العقد وشروطه ، الدعاء للعروسين ، الوليمة ، إلى غير ذلك .
ـ بحث فى أحكام الخلع .
ـ بحث فى أحكام الزواج العرفى .
ـ وصايا للبيت السعيد .
ـ حق الزوجة .
ـ حق الزوج .
ـ سلوكيات للزوجين .
ثم يتعرض الكتاب لأحكام الجماع ومسائله ، ومنها :
