Reclamo
Es la segunda vez que envío un correo reclamando tres cobros que que no utilice. Me suscribí para pagar 2 € por viajes menores a 20min y me han cobrado los dos euros y luego me suman mucho más. Tengo dos cobros de 5,05€ (no utilice el servicio) y hoy me llegó otro de 11€ sin siquiera haber utilizado el servicio. Necesito una respuesta para saber si continuar con la suscripción o quitármela en caso de que la app sea una estafa.

I’m a bike rider. This bike is amazing. I’ve been all over London on this bike but unfortunately they are very few in Barcelona. I want the more and more in Barcelona so we can enjoy our lives. For Lisbon: Useless - GET BIRD
Parking zones are complete useless. You anyways end up paying 1€ more just to find the next parking.
They have insanely many “no-ride” zones that just make it impossible to get to your destination. And then good luck finding the next parking.
Bird is way cheaper and does not have these BS no-ride zones and parking is much easier.
Complete useless for Lisbon it just frustrates and drains 7€ to find parking.

LADRONES HORRIBLES PRECIOS
Hemos cogido 3 patines durante 1 hora y poco y nos han cobrado 51 dólares por patín, al principio no te ponen los precios o precios justos y al final te dan el sablazo del dinero. La peor experiencia que hemos tenido nunca, esta echo para que los novatos/turistas los cojan y paguen precios por las nubes. No pongo 0 estrellas porque no me deja. Un verdadero robo.

Sugiero tener cuidado con la aplicación, suelo usarla siempre sin mucho control porque confiaba en ella hasta esta última vez que iba en grupo con mi compañero de piso, el en su scooter y yo en el mí, siempre suele pillar minutos que le duran un tiempo determinado y no permite que le hagan cargos a la tarjeta, cosa que no ocurre conmigo ya que solo cuando estoy seguro de que voy a usar la aplicación seguido compro estos paquetes, de resto son trayectos cortos y solo pongo la tarjeta, de lo que no me había dado cuenta es de que el cargo que siempre me hacían de 10 euros en la tarjeta no es devu

Lime en Lisboa
Fui con mi pareja a visitar Lisboa y, aunque el transporte público funciona muy bien, nos apetecía usar las bicis. Fue muy fácil todo el proceso y hay muchas por toda la ciudad. En Lisboa hay poco carril bici, si no conoces la ciudad te recomiendo ir por ahí porque a veces el tráfico es un poco peligroso. Aunque no es excesivamente barato, te lo pasarás bien y llegarás rápido.

🚫🚳 Inútil si tienes prisa
Cuidado con Lime: si lo coges porque tienes prisa y necesitas llegar a un sitio, es la peor de tus opciones. Hoy me impidió aparcar en TRES sitios diferentes y tuve que cancelar la cita que tenía después de 10 minutos perdidos en buscar un parking. Por supuesto, encima te cobran los minutos que usas en alejarte de tu destino
