Some functions not supported on iPhone 16 Pro
I have to say that it’s a great game in which you can interact with a lot of items. Each of them has a unique story related to Max. The music makes me feel comfortable… However, when Max went out of the school, she received messages from her friend. The game automatically opened the note page where you cannot close it. No matter how I swiped, there was just not a close tab or something, which totally made me stuck in this plot.

I love life is strange, I have played it before on another phone that was smaller than the one I have now, when I played it the first time on that phone it was amazing, a little laggy but that’s due to the fact it was an iPhone 7 and the game requires a lot more than that. Such an amazing game
I played this for the first time last year after watching a YouTuber I liked play through it- I had it spoiled, yet the gameplay and story still felt so new and unique as I played through it, the soundtrack and feeling of the game is insanely well done and makes you feel so immersed. Fine but audio doesn’t work anymore
When I first started playing this game it worked perfectly fine, not long after tho when I started episode 2 the sound just stopped working completely. There is no sound at all for any episodes yet the sound for the in game trailers for the episodes works and so does the initial startup sound when I open the game but there’s no sound for anything else.

Great game the reason for 4 stars is the hard maze at the end of the game. I have to keep staring over at the beginning every time and it’s very difficult to beat, I quit playing because it was very frustrating to keep playing over and over. Screen cut-off STILL NOT FIXED
I’ve always wanted to play, but can never get past the first episode because of the notebook. I play on an iPhone 15 Plus and for some reason the game screen doesn’t fit in the frame fully. I can’t exit out of the notebook since the exit button is cut out the frame. I know my phone isn’t anywhere near the only one having the same issue because of the rest of the reviews I just now read. Best Game.
I first discovered this game in 2016 or so and I was 15. This is unlike any game I’ve played. It’s absolutely life changing and I was really struggling at the time and immediately connected and related to Chloe as a character. This game has heart, heavy themes and really can take you back to high school years. It really makes you think about your choices in life and the potential of it dictating your entire life. Alright, first I wanna start off by saying I absolutely love this game, the storyline is great and I love how interactive everything is. I did a full play through on my iphone 13 about a year ago and recently decided to re-play it. this game is incredible. I finished it in 2 days and it took me around 10 hours total. no complaints. there weren’t any bugs or glitches, but it did kick me out from the game during a random cutscene, but that was only once and I didn’t loose any progress. So first off, I love this game! The characters feel real and the story telling is excellent. I just hate that in order to download and install all the chapters you get one MAJOR SPOILER!!!! I highly recommend waiting to download the next chapter till after you’ve played the previous one. Also, it says that you can play the game while downloading but when you actually go to download it says please wait for the download to finish. MANY people have complained about this game not working on newer iPhones bc the screen size doesn’t fit when accessing the journal or phone, this game gets occasional updates but it doesn’t seem to fix or change anything. Great idea, love the game in the beginning, very cozy and warm. But then it turns into dark thriller with sex abuse theme. Be careful. Especially if you are a woman. Too real. Journal needs to be fixed!!
So the screen size is too big for my iPhone 15 plus but I used to have this app on my iPhone 11 and the screen size was amazing. So I don’t know why I can’t exit the journal and it happens when you HAVE to text Warren. So please fix the journal thing but I have to delete it until you fix it sorry but I do like the animations and the characters and also the graphics. So please make the size not too big so that it can work for all phones.

I love this game!!
AMAZING! This has to be the most fun game i’ve played in awhile, absolutely worth the money and totally changed my perspective of the world. It’s so well written and humorous at times that it was really entertaining and enjoyable to play at all times. It was realistic and even puzzling at times but it was all worth it in the end to see the plot twist! The plot line was even super suspenseful and I really enjoyed playing this game. I’m so excited to play the others and I hope more is made of the life is strange collection!

amazing game but doesn’t support phone as it says it would
this game is well thought out and definitely high quality, however the experience has been rough. reading the description it says that iphones 11 and up and ios 12 and up are supposed to be able to play this. however i meet both requirements and i have not had a good experience. some of the buttons are off the screen and there’s just barely on, this caused me to have to press the side of the screen to press on a button i can’t see. another big issue is that whenever i press the journal or want to look at the phone, i can’t exit it without restarting the whole game since there is no exit button

I love everything about this game
This game is beautifully written, especially if you have played the other games along with it and know the connection between them all. The music, the atmosphere, everything with this game was so fun to play and the mysteries you have to solve are challenging but solvable, a lot of games that have mysteries to solve I get frustrated when literally nothing works and it feels impossible no matter what way you go about it. this game you feel connected with the characters and if you put yourself in Max’s shoes you’ll be able to understand so much more. Choices were irrational
I don’t play a lot of computer games, but I bought this one since I’m recovering from a broken ankle and needed something to pass the time. I actually liked the premise of the game and the story was pretty compelling. However, it took what I thought was an unnecessarily dark turn. The Chloe character was so obnoxious that I kept hoping there would be a choice to get far, far away from her. The problem with this game is that the choices you are forced to make for Max are so irrational and stupid that no sane person would make them. It took away from my enjoyment of the game. Life is Strange is a phenomenal game. It’s crazy to me how a silly game from 2013 can make you feel so much emotion and leave you so empty. The emotional bond you build with the characters and story in mind-blowing. The plot is built perfectly and I love how your actions have consequences in the story—the butterfly affect! Glitch in Episode 2
This game is amazing and I have no complaints about the actual story itself, but there is a glitch in the diner in episode 2. When Max has to choose 4 events that will happen to prove her power, after I choose the 4 events and Chloe reacts positively, I am stuck in a loop. I am sure I picked the right answers, as Chloe reacts good and I even looked up the answers to be sure. After this sequence the screen goes grey and Chloe says “what are you waiting for?”. I’ve been a longtime fan of this game and have never had the chance to play it myself. When I got an iPhone and saw that it was available I was absolutely overjoyed. Unfortunately there is a major issue that makes the game unplayable. The journal, which is an integral feature in the game, is impossible to exit. I have *ONE* complaint.
I don’t have the vocabulary to describe this game in a manner that will do it justice. Life is Strange is just that unbelievably incredible. I can say however, that it is one of the best, if not *the* best, games I’ve ever played. The reasons why are… difficult to articulate, but I think that it almost certainly deserved every award and 5/5 review it has received. Love this game with all my heart but issue with the notebook on mobile really ruins the experience
I love life is strange so much but I have an iPhone 12 and every time I want to play it I have to go to my settings and zoom in my whole phone which yeah may not seem like a lot of work but In the actual game it does make your screen smaller which gives you now access to the close button on the notebook. Journal bug is the reason for 1 star
Can’t close the journal because the screen is too zoomed. Devs can you please fix. I’ve been trying to play this game for 7 years on iOS and every time something screws its up. Before I couldn’t redeem or download my episodes leaving me in limbo for 5 years. Now it’s this journal issue. A game of this caliber shouldn’t suffer from an issue screamed at the publisher/devs for years. Game should be 5 stars. I know it’s amazing. Fix this now and make a statement when you do. New Version: One bug fixed, another introduced…
The mobile version of the original version of Life is Strange gets a much needed update which allows all the controls in the journal to be accessible, including the one that lets you exit the journal. If your iPhone doesn’t have a home button, this update will fix it. However, this update introduces a bug which also exists in the PC version: In Episode 5, during the conversation with Warren at the diner, there will be moments where Max is speaking, but her mouth appears to be frozen. Yup. It’s the infamous lip-sync bug.

Second Time Playing Life is Strange 🤩
So, I played Life is Strange when it was, I believe, on Xbox GamePass. I loved the game so much! Yes it gets dark but the story is amazing and the gameplay is super fun! Once I saw it was on iPhone, I downloaded it without hesitation! And glad I did, I’m now playing it again. (I even like it a little better on the phone lol). Unfortunately, I have an older iPhone, so when I go into the text messages window I have to change my phone settings to get back out lol. But I’ll deal with that 😁

Fantastic.
Found this gem unexpectedly while I was bored and scrolling through the App Store. Liked the name and premise so thought I’d give it a shot. Wonderfully written and engaging story, character development, and world building. The team that put the soundtrack together did a great job. The themes explored in this were obviously well researched. Personally I really enjoyed the esoteric, obscure artistic/ photography references and the little shout outs to Twin Peaks.
