I have nothing bad to say about the service, I just wish the monthly billing were the same as the annual billing. It's your choice to price your product. Grammarly is a great app, correcting and helping form a great text. However me scoring it with low star review is all because it didn't save two hours of writing. Let me explain, as I moved one of my texts into Grammarly and started working on it with all the fixing Grammrly does eventually I was about to finish leaving the rest of the work for the morning. Grammarly is quite good, but they want you to buy the premium pack so they give you only one option (fix your writing mistakes) in their ads, they show how much they can help you write formal letters and more. I would not want to spend 30 Dollars for a couple of months! And of course, they will remind you 24/7 that you don't have Grammarly premium and will make you feel bad about not having it. Except for that, all is good. Except for the tone detector, it won't understand my tone🤷🏼‍♀️
