Customer-Link是Volkswagen專屬的車輛狀態監控系統。透過藍芽資料傳輸裝置(Bridge)連接車輛行車電腦，將行車電腦中的資訊以無線傳輸至智慧手機，即時監控車輛狀況，讓您對愛車狀態瞭若執掌。可透過網路連結至Volkswagen雲端伺服器，與授權服務廠保持聯繫，讓我們可以提供更好的服務給Volkswagen車主。
