「澳門公共服務一戶通」手機應用程式（下稱“一戶通”）由澳門特別行政區政府行政公職局製作，“一戶通”是以“用戶導向、優化體驗、便民服務＂為核心，圍繞四大板塊進行構建，包括“我的服務＂、 “我的資訊＂、 “我的應用＂和“我要溝通”。“一戶通＂整體強調個人化，以滿足用戶需求和優化用戶體驗，並整合特區政府多項重要資訊，以及提供高頻使用、市民有感的電子服務，使“一戶通＂打造成簡單易用、便捷利民的統一服務平台。
