El entrenador personal te guiará en los ejercicios y te motivará, una manera barata para entrenar con eficacia.
Para conseguir piernas delgadas, vientre plano y glúteos perfectos es necesario entrenarse constantemente. El entrenador virtual te ayudará a ser constante.
Para obtener resultados rápidos, es importante seguir una dieta para quemar grasa. En la versión avanzada tiene un generador de dietas personalizadas para adelgazar y tonificar los músculos.
Entrena más duro desafiando tus límites con el Challenge Workout, un programa de ejercicios que te permitirá aumentar gradualmente el esfuerzo. Al final de los programa tus piernas, abdominales y glúteos estarán más tonificados y delgados.
