LAAX APP – Get more mountain!
Within EXPLORE you can find almost everything you need or want in LAAX, from the weather report to Q-alert webcams to your next delicious fondue. In addition, PLAY features new challenges and badges, the much-loved leaderboards and your personal statistics in one completely revamped, user-friendly view. This season, the SHOP is more versatile, personalized and appealing than ever, with new products ranging from tickets to merchandise. The SHOP also supports search, so if you can book it on the app, you can also search for it!
EXPLORE your LAAX
Wanna quickly check the open lifts, weather forecast and Q-alert cams? EXPLORE contains all the information you need for a perfect day on the mountain. New, intuitive, quick links give you access to all that essential live information with just one click. Also, from the EXPLORE home, swipe up to view all the content that has been specifically curated and personalized for you in your newsfeed. Whether it’s a bank, bakery or burger you’re looking for, you can now use the search in EXPLORE to learn the ins and outs of the destination. Find the restaurants you’re looking for and while you’re at it, reserve a table or order your meal with Mobile Ordering.
SHOP for your ultimate mountain experience
The shop has been redesigned to showcase the best deals on lift tickets and unique experiences available only in Laax. Find the perfect lift ticket for you, manage your keycards and head up the mountain in an easier and faster check-out flow than ever before.

In the store, we’ve simplified input fields with more status information and visual improvements. We’ve also smoothed out some rough edges in the payment process.
In the Live section, we’ve fixed some incorrect labels, to make sure you can find your way around.

For the official season start, we have a few improvements and fixes.
In Live, we’ve added snowshoe trails and winter hiking, and we’ve corrected some mislabeled slopes. You can also find next opening hours for closed lifts and restaurants. Plus, there’s a little surprise for our Premium users.
In the Shop, we’ve made it easier to pay for your tickets and food, and try to be more informative when something goes wrong (we’re continuing to work on a smoother checkout experience for you).
Finally, your story in Play is brought to life (once again) when you ride earlybird, bluebird, P60 all day, or take the last chair.

Pssst, we are about to introduce a revolutionary ticket system in LAAX - you will get more information about it soon! Accordingly, this release prepares the new system.
We also fixed a bug with TWINT payments, changed the bus transport page to summer and fixed a display bug on small screens.
