Tadawulaty - تداولاتي

Tadawulaty mobile application is a suite of services offered by the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul). It encompasses a bundle of financial services targeted at the different segments of investors. The Services offered aim to benefit the entire investment community within the Saudi capital market by: • Increasing the level of confidence and transparency on the investors’ ownerships and rights. • Empowering investors by enabling them to conveniently exercise their voting rights, inquire on their dividend entitlements, receive alerts and notifications on certain important events, etc. • Bridging the gap between listed companies and their shareholders and enhancing the communication and information exchange amongst them. • Providing a convenient and direct reporting mechanism from the ultimate source of information (Securities Depository Center) to the different market participants. Tadawulaty's objectives would ultimately help to develop the Saudi capital market, by contributing in promoting transparency and efficiency principles within the market. تداولاتي هي منظومة متكاملة لعدد من الخدمات المقدمة من قبل السوق المالية السعودية بالتعاون مع الأشخاص المرخص لهم (شركات الوساطة). . تضم تداولاتي مجموعة من الخدمات المالية التي تهدف لتلبية الاحتياجات المختلفة للمستثمرين والشركات المساهمة تهدف منظومة الخدمات هذه إلى توفير قيمة مضافة لجميع أطراف العملية الاستثمارية والسوق المالية السعودية ككل، وذلك من خلال: توعية المستثمرين بحقوقهم الاستثمارية وزيادة مستوى الثقة والشفافية لديهم في كل ما يتعلق بأصولهم المالية. تفعيل دور المستثمرين بشكل عام وذلك من خلال تمكينهم من التصويت في الجمعيات، الاطلاع على استحقاقات الأرباح، تزويدهم برسائل تذكيرية وإشعارات دورية عن أهم الأحداث ذات العلاقة، وغير ذلك من المزايا. . المساهمة في سد الفجوة بين الشركات المدرجة ومساهميها عن طريق تطوير آلية التواصل فيما بينهم إتاحة مجموعة واسعة ومتنوعة من التقارير بطريقة سهلة وآمنة من خلال المصدر الأساسي لمعلومات الأوراق المالية (مركز إيداع الأوراق المالية). توفير آلية مستمرة للتحقق من البيانات المحفوظة لدى تداول وتحديثها. إن اهداف تداولاتي مجتمعة ستساهم في نهاية المطاف في تعزيز كفاءة السوق المالية السعودية بصورة عامة من خلال تشجيع وترسيخ مفاهيم الشفافية في السوق وزيادة الوعي بين المستثمرين
