Between me and my husband, we’ve had 7 different Garmin bands and watches over the past 5 years. I used to swear by the devices and the app, but lately I feel like they are falling a bit behind with innovation and improvement. While the app contains a lot of information it is not very intuitive and a lot of the integrations with other apps rarely work. In terms of focus, it’s most suitable for more hardcore sports lovers and athletes. If you seek casual health and fitness monitoring device I’d choose a different system. For the same reason I switched and will no longer be using Garmin.
