I have spent hours and multiple emails and text messages trying to get a password reset. Nothing worked. And multiple times I was assured by people on the phone or in a text message that they would make sure that they would not hang up or until resolved. But no one ever corrected the problem. It’s hard to believe that this was not deliberate. It is not complicated to change a password. Also, when I tried to change the password on the website it did not say that the password was wrong. It said only there is a problem and please try again later. I also tried to purchase a premium economy seat
