Complaint Regarding Misleading Seat Assignment and Double Charging
During check-in, I was informed that there were no standard seats available and that I would need to purchase a "special seat." Under pressure to not miss my flight, I reluctantly paid the additional fee. However, I was then assigned seat 30A, which is a standard seat located at the back of the aircraft in a particularly cramped area.
This experience has left me feeling misled for several reasons:
1. I was charged twice for a standard seat
2. I was incorrectly told there were no standard seats available
3. The seat I received (30A) was marketed as a "special seat" when it is, in fact, a stand
