I had a really bad experience with Remini because I was requesting a refund for an unintentional purchase. They didn’t even listen to my opinion and just rejected my request. I don't even use Remini because the app doesn't really improve the quality of my photos; instead, some parts of my photos become distorted. So, I stopped using Remini. Then, when I tried to pay for my iCloud storage, Remini automatically renewed my subscription. Remini shouldn't decide on auto-renewal. They should let people subscribe on their own or at least inform them before purchasing the subscription.
