i love this game. no doubt. i just wish gems were more easily accessible. yes it is a FREE game. but its not free when i have to spend my own money to purchase a pack of gems because theyre so hard to get ~ & you need them for almost everything. you need them to refill desserts (which i believe should be coins & not gems to refill) you need them to upgrade everything in your restaurant or its hard to move to the next levels.. when you complete a level you get only 7 gems. the casino pretty much only gives you gems shards or coins.. if that. & the cost goes up each time you play the casino. in
