**This is not a review concerning my Morgan Properties residence experience. I do enjoy living here.** This app looks like a child in a high school programming class made it. It’s unnavigable, glitches almost every time, and most features are made useless by the company disabling them. It feels like this app was commissioned, and the commissioner got scammed. I have to physically bother the leasing office for almost every issue that this app is supposed to cover or address. Unacceptable for 2026. Please just use AI if you’re going to make it this bad.

I pay for access to word. You make it impossible to edit .docx files in ANY meaningful way on any device that isn’t a Windows desktop computer. I have a severe disability. I am unable to sit at a computer for more than an hour a day without extreme pain. This is a laptop I am talking about. I need to be able to edit **more than just text characters** on my Apple devices. I will never buy a windows tablet. You offer a service to individuals and then severely punish them for having multiple brands of devices. You do it on purpose. Each big tech company is its own unique version of deplorable glu
