HelloTalk has great potential for language exchange, but the community quality has declined. I've encountered users who remove others from voice rooms without reason, and some use the platform for dating or financial motives instead of language learning. I reported these concerns, but the response only stated that moderators have authority, without addressing the broader issue. I hope HelloTalk will take stronger action to maintain a safe, respectful learning community.
