Activated it just a little while ago and went out to get cash. I ensured it was activated, the PIN was set, and that the amount of cash I was getting did not go over the balance I had in my account (knowing that they don’t tell you explicitly that Venmo charges a $2.50 fee IN ADDITION to the ATM fee).
