They told me wrong information. They forced me to buy a new ticket that costs hundred euros with a long transit time of 8 hours. I requested the transit accommodation as the airline states that they provide it. And because when I entered the ticket number Trip.com provided me, the airline site always said it was not valid, the ticket doesnt exist. The one told me it’s the manager was rude.
