weird request

I like tracking my Expenditures and seeing how I spent my money. However, I have never been able to adjust the carry over amount To reflect what is actually in my bank account. It’s very frustrating to see $18,000 as a carryover amount when I know full well that’s not true. How does one make this adjustment? I guess my complaint would be that there is not enough online support for this program when we have questions. Trying to send this review and having ten nicknames refused is another major hassle!
